Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Dennis Chalaire, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the change to <br />the Future Land Use Map. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Paul A. Stephens for a <br />change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Light Industrial District (LI), on <br />Lot Part of 14, City Block 306 -C, being number 4220 North Main Street. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />B. There was no opposition. <br />Public hearing was closed. <br />Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Dennis Chalaire to approve the petition. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Martin Addition <br />331, being located in the 3700 Block of Bonham Street. <br />Motion was made by Bill Harris, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the preliminary plat. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />6.
