Paris Public Library Advisory Board <br />Minutes <br />March 16, 2011 <br />The Paris Public Library Advisory Board met Wednesday afternoon, March 16, 2011 at 4 p.m. in the Library <br />Gallery. Attending were Hilda Mallory, Eddie Poole, Debbie Anderson, Linda Vandiver, and Director Priscilla <br />McAnally. In the absence of Chairman Bill Kennedy, Vice -Chair Linda Vandiver called the meeting to order. <br />Minutes from the previous meeting were approved as printed. Budget and statistical reports were presented. <br />The Director reminded the Board of the Friends luncheon in April. The final quote on the restroom <br />refurbishment is $2,350 which will be covered by the Loan Star Library grant. <br />There being no further business on the agenda, the meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m. <br />Submitted by <br />Debbie Anderson, Secretary <br />
