Kaufman <br />4:05 p.m. <br />A meeting of the members of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board was held Tuesday, April 20, <br />2010 at 4:05 p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers. <br />PRESENT: ABSENT: <br />Kari Daniel Matthew Coyle <br />Ashlea Mattoon Marvin Gorley <br />Wyatt Bowden <br />Wendi Signer <br />Robert Talley <br />Becky Semple <br />Managers Report <br />Sidewalk updates — Sidewalks on the 100 block of Lamar will be starting on May P. No good <br />estimate on how long they will take. <br />Fountain Landscaping — On the list for tree trinuning and it should start soon <br />Getting quotes for reseeding the entire area around the fountain with Saint Augustine grass <br />Crape Myrtles are being removed since they are no longer blooming and don't get enough sun in <br />the current location. There is a possibility there will be bistro tables put into this area instead of <br />more trees or flowers <br />Fountain Urns — Sherri was able to located the company that made the urns that are missing on <br />the fountain but they no longer make them. They are looking into other options and will be <br />presenting a quote for similar urns <br />Committee Reports <br />Organization — No Report <br />Design — No Report <br />Promotions — Movies in the Park is being planned. The Park has already been reserved and a <br />meeting will be held at Green Boutique at 111 Lamar Ave on April 27 "' at 5:00pm to vote on <br />movies and discuss sponsorships <br />Economic Development — No Report <br />Discuss and Possible Action on Current Protects and Renuest for Future Agenda Items <br />All projects were covered in Manger's Report & Con-unittee Reports <br />No request for future times <br />
