ORDINANCE NO. 2004-056 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 8.448 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS REQUESTED BY PETITION OF THE OWNERS THEREOF; GRANTING TO SAID TERRITORY AND TO ALL FUTURE INHABIT ANTS OF SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS AND BINDING SAID FUTURE INHABIT ANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, a petition of annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged by each and every person or corporation having an interest in the following described territory, to-wit: Being all that certain tract of land situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part ofthe Wesley Askins Survey, Abstract No.7, a part of the 100.00 acre tract ofland conveyed to D. Wayne Brown, et aI., by deed recorded in Volume 939, Page 31 of the Lamar County Real Property Records, and a part of the 121.76 acre tract ofland conveyed to D. Wayne Brown, et aI., by deed recorded in Volume 949, Page 296 of the Lamar County Real Property Records, and being further described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin found for comer at the most Northeasterly comer of Lot 17, Block B, of The Hills Phase III as recorded in Envelope No. 371-C of the Lamar County Plat Records; Thence South 58032'57" West a distance of 411.55 feet to an iron pin found for comer at the most Northwesterly comer of Lot 20, Block B, of said The Hills Phase III, said pin being in the Northeast R.O.W. of North Hills Drive; Thence South 53054'04" West a distance of60.10 feet to an iron pin found for comer at the most Northeasterly comer of Lot I, Block E, of said The Hills Phase III, said pin being in the Southwest R.O.W. of North Hills Drive; Thence South 51005' 3 7" West a distance of 511.48 feet to an iron pin found for comer at the most Northeasterly comer of Lot 6, Block E, of said The Hills Phase III, said pin being the most Northwesterly comer of Lot 5, Block E, of said The Hills Phase III; Thence South 54054'28" West a distance of300.67 feet to an iron pin found for comer at the most Northeasterly comer of Lot 9,
