MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />CITY OF PARIS — CITY HALL <br />OLD COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />135 IT STREET S.E. <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2010 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK PM <br />1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Jack Ashmore at <br />5:40 p.m. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Jack Ashmore <br />Steve Gilbert i <br />Fred Williams <br />Ray Ball <br />Jerry Coyle <br />Vic Ressler <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Billy Copeland <br />C. Also present were Jeanna Scott, City Staff; Jerry Richey, Airport Manager; and <br />Edwin Pickle, Council Member. <br />2. Approval of minutes f Iona previous meeting. (July 12, 2010, August 19, 2010) <br />Motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes for the July 12, 2010 and August <br />19, 2010 meetings with corrections to the August 19, 2010 minutes. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />3. Update from Alex Pickering, Scott's Custom Signs regarding the Airport Sign. <br />Alex Pickering not at the meeting. Chairman Ashmore stated the sign frame is up, the <br />next step is to sand blast the frame and repaint. <br />4. Discussion of and possible action on bringing potential businesses to Cox Field. <br />No report. <br />S. Discussion of and possible action on updating the hangar lease. <br />Steve Gilbert handed out two documents that reflected a series of emails and a model lease <br />agreement. After meeting with the City Manager and City Attorney they decided to wait <br />
