MINUTES <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF PARIS BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />TUESDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2010 <br />12:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order by Chairman Terry Christian at <br />12:07 p.m. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Chester Martindale <br />Allen Moore <br />Rick Hundley <br />Terry Christian, Chairman <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Kyle McCarley <br />C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, City Staff and Jesse Wallace, Ex- Officio Youth <br />Board Member. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (August 3, 2010) <br />Motion was made by Chester Martindale, seconded by Allen Moore to approve the minutes <br />for the August 3, 2010 meeting. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />3. Public hearing and consideration of'and action on the petition of Bernice Bell to grant a <br />variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, Section 9- 201(1) which provides that the "minimum <br />lot width in a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) be no less than 60 feet " to allow a <br />minimum lot width of 53.61 feet, which is a 6.39 foot variance, on Lot 1, Block A, Bell <br />Addition CB 248 -A, being number 1859 East Washington Street. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />B. There was no opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />
