In the process, it was determined that the message board currently located
at the Civic Center did not meet their needs. Civic center staff had to get up on a
ladder to change out the letters and on several occasions the changes needed to be
made after events on Saturday night for new events that would be utilizing the
center on Sunday morning. The Chamber wants to go to an electronic message
board that will be more efficient and will give the Civic Center better visibility.
