B. One individual spoke in opposition. <br />Mark Sells, 744 3'a Street N.W., spoke in opposition to the petition. Mr. Sells <br />stated he has a problem with the lot width. Mr. Sells further stated he was under the <br />impression that they were building a two family home on the lot. He does not want <br />two families occupying the lot. <br />Commissioners explained the details of the petition to Mr. Sells. The commission <br />stated the house that is going to be built by Habitat for Humanity will be a single <br />family home. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Allen Moore, seconded by Nathan J.
