Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in 30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 D. 166 NW 13t', Lot 3, City Block 48 Owner: Grove Trust J L Moore Trustee 813 Simmons Dr. Euless, TX 76040 Robert Talley stated no contact has been made with the owners. Robert Talley said the structure has a hole in the roof, the roof is buckling, it's unsecure, has broken windows, the back part is collapsing, and the shed behind the main house is also dilapidated. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Ste. 103 Dallas, TX 75230 Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner but that Audra Lane, West side code enforcement officer has in the past had contact with the owner. Robert said the property is unsecure, has broken windows, deteriorating shingles, boards missing, door is sinking, hole in roof, and missing wood. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Robert Talley stated that the front door is missing and the property owner hung a black tarp up to secure the building. The property has missing wood, the roof is buckled and sinking and the back of the house is collapsing. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty.
