additions do not destroy significant historical, architectural, or cultural <br />material, and such design is compatible with the size, scale, color, <br />material, and character of the property, neighborhood, or environment. <br />(10) Whenever possible, new additions or alterations to buildings, <br />structures, objects, orsites shall be done in such a manner that if such <br />additions or alterations were to be removed in the future, the essential <br />form and integrity of the building, structure, object, or site would be <br />unimpaired. <br />Chairman Starrett said he didn't think the Commission had ever had to <br />face this issue in a proposal. <br />5. Receipt of report from the Historic Preservation Officer. The HPO handed out <br />the attached report. <br />6. Request items from Board for future agendas. If no COA's are submitted, <br />there will be no meeting on the 4th Monday. <br />7.
