The Master Plan sub-committee <br /> on Instructional Programs included the following members: <br /> Bob Perkins, Chairman, Manager of BC Tool Company <br /> Rachel Braswell, Retired, Paris lSD <br /> Philip Cecil, Chairman, PEDC <br /> Dr. William Marks, Paris lSD <br /> Ralph Rodgers, Retired, Paris lSD <br /> Dr. Robert Seay, East Texas State University Professor of Business. <br /> Jim Shay, Kimberly-Clark <br /> Daon Wall, Wall Concrete Pipe <br /> <br /> The Community Master Plan Instructional Programs sub-committee made the following recom- <br /> mendations to improve the technology section of PJC: <br /> <br /> STRATEGY <br /> · Develop an Electro-Mechanical maintenance curriculum that meets the requirements of <br /> major technical employers. <br /> <br /> · Develop an apprentice program with major employers that meets their continuing technical <br /> manpower needs. <br /> <br /> In the fall and winter of 1994-95, Paris Junior College organized an Advisory Committee to develop <br /> the Electro-Mechanical Technology Program.
