Paris Business Park DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br />Paris, Texas Paris Economic Development Corporation <br /> <br /> 4.4.0 Site Signage <br /> <br /> 4.4.1 General Requirements <br /> <br /> Signage shall be limited to permanent signs required for building and tenant <br /> identification, accessibility and traffic control. All signs, including temporary signs, <br /> must be approved by the DRB prior to installation and meet all applicable <br /> governmental regulations and permit requirements. The location, size, color and <br /> construction of signs will .be in keeping with the standards of the project. <br /> <br /> No rooftop signs will be permitted. <br /> <br /> No signs or any other contrivance shall be devised or constructed so as to rotate, <br /> gyrate, blink, move or appear to move in any fashion. <br /> <br /> 4.4.2 Building and Tenant Identification Signs <br /> <br /> All Tenant Identification signs shall be located no closer than six (6) feet to the right- <br /> of-way of the street. Provide signs in one of the two sizes indicated in Signage <br /> Diagrams I and 2, below, as appropriate for the number of tenants. Street address <br /> signs will be an integral part of the site design. <br /> <br /> 4.4.3 Handicap Accessibility Signs <br /> <br /> Provide all required handicap accessibility signage including parking space <br /> identification signs and, where required, directions to an accessible entrance. Comply <br /> with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of Congress and Texas <br /> Accessibility Standards. <br /> <br /> 4.4.4 Other Exterior Signs <br /> <br /> Provide traffic direction signage either painted on the paving or standard metal traffic <br /> signs on poles. <br /> <br /> Signs on buildings shall be limited to individual letters attached to the wall surface or <br /> cast into the wall material. These letters shall be no more than 6" high and of <br /> materials, colors and spacing specifically approved by the DRB in writing.
