Z 0 Stormwater Management <br /> <br /> 6.2.1 Objectives <br /> <br /> To provide controlled positive surface drainage away from buildings and other site <br /> features and to an underground storm water system. The completed design and <br /> installed system shall comply with all applicable state and local regulations and <br /> ordinances. <br /> <br /> 6.2.2 General Design Considerations <br /> <br /> Provide a complete drainage system that accounts for runoff from impervious surfaces <br /> and directs stormwater to underground piping by direct connection or area inlet. Each <br /> system may include some or all of the following: <br /> <br /> · roof drains with overflow protection <br /> <br /> · downspouts tied directly to underground storm piping or with surface <br /> drainage directly to impervious surface <br /> <br /> · landscape swales or drainage channels <br /> <br /> . area drains or vaults <br /> <br /> . underground piping <br /> <br /> 6.2.3 Design Standards <br /> <br /> Each succeeding pan of every drainage system shall be designed to the minimum <br /> capacity of the amount of a 25-Year rainfall cumulatively in the system. <br /> <br /> 6.2.4 .
