<br /> <br /> MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PARIS ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> June 16, 2003 <br /> <br />The Paris Economic Development Corporation met in special session on <br />Monday, June 16, 2003, 8:00 A.M. at the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce, <br />1125 Bonham Street, Paris, Texas. President Don Wall called .the meeting to <br />order with the following Director present: Dick Severson. Also present were <br />Executive Director Gary Vest, City Manager Michael E. Malone, City Attorney <br />Larry W.
