Motion passed. <br /> <br />President Norment called the PEDC Board into Executive Session at <br />4:50 PM in accordance with Sec. 551.072 and Sec. 551.087 of the Open <br />Meetings Act to discuss possible incentives in relation to Project <br />Finance and Project Diesel. No personnel matters were discussed. <br /> <br />President Norment called the meeting back into open session at 5:00 <br />PM.
