MINUTES <br />TRAFFIC COMIVIISSION <br />City of Paris <br />The Traffic Commission met in regular session, Tuesday, February 3, 2004, <br />at 5:15 P.M. in the municipal court room with the following members <br />present: <br />1. Ed Ellis <br />2. Rickey Mackey <br />3. George Kimbrough <br />4. Mary Lane <br />5. Ed Seidle <br />6. Jon McFadden <br />The city staff was represented by Assistant Chief of Police James Barnett. <br />There being no chairman or co- chairman present the meeting was conducted <br />by Assistant Chief Barnett by unanimous consent of members present. <br />The Minutes of the August 5, 2003, meeting were adopted as submitted. <br />The first item of business was a request for Stop Signs on Silverleaf at Aspen <br />Drive, stopping North and South bound traffic on Silverleaf at Aspen Drive. <br />After learning that this request came from Eric Clifford on behalf of residents <br />in the area and was recommended by the city staff, Rickey Mackey made a <br />motion that the signs be placed as requested. Ed Ellis seconded and the <br />motion carried 6 ayes to 0 nays. <br />Their being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:25 P.M. <br />lames Barnett <br />Assistant Chief of Police <br />
