Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />May 7, 2002 <br />Page 4 <br />(39) Manufactured Home, Lot 9, Block 1, of the Few Addition, being <br />number 1270 18' Street NW. <br />Motion was made to approve by Bill Coleman and seconded by <br />Marshall Kent. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />11. Consideration of and action on the recommendation of the Final Plat, <br />Amherst Court, FM 195. <br />Motion was made for Reeves Hayter to be excused from consideration <br />of this item. Motion was made by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Bill <br />Coleman. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Marshall Kent is acting as chair person. <br />Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Eddie <br />Vincent, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, May 6, 2002. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and nays. <br />Motion was made for Reeves Hayter to return to the meeting by Eddie <br />Vincent and seconded by Bill Coleman. Motion carried by a vote of 5 <br />ayes and 0 nays. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the recommendation of the Replat, Lots <br />11, 12, 13, and 25, City Block 200 and Lot 26, Block 1, Warren <br />Addition, Bonham Street. <br />Gary Nash will have to replat property for larger lot to build a Dollar <br />General Store. <br />Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Bill <br />Coleman, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, May 6, 2002: <br />Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:00. <br />
