Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />July 2, 2002 <br />Page 7 <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Maxine Cooper, 1915 Cope Drive, asked for approval on the site plan <br />stating that there would be eight (8) efficiency apartments built there. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />11. Consideration of and action on the site plan approval requested by <br />Maxine Cooper, Lots 8 & 9, Block 1, Pine Bluff Addition, being the 1400 <br />Block E. Price Street. <br />Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers and seconded by Louis <br />Yates, Jr. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:30. <br />1� <br />
