Consideration of and action on the petition of Ralph Beal for a change <br />in zoning from a Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C), <br />Lots 1 -7, Parr -Hull Medical Plaza, being the 3300 Block of N. Main. <br />Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers, seconded by Louis <br />Yates. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />4. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Charles Fulbright for a <br />change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to <br />a Neighborhood Service District (NS), Lots 3 and 5, Block Q, East Park <br />Addition, being the 1400 Block of Fitzhugh. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Charles Fulbright,100817th N. E., appeared before the Commission in <br />behalf of his petition. Mr. Fulbright advised that he and his wife has <br />purchased this property and is requesting a change from a One - Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Neighborhood Service District(NS). <br />Mr. Fulbright said it is his plan to build a small family restaurant at <br />this location. He advised that there is adequate space for parking. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />5.
