Consideration of and action on the Amended Replat, Lots 11, 12,13, 25, <br />26, Block 1, Warren Addition. <br />Reeves Hayter stated that the setback on Maple Street should not be <br />allowed to go beyond the other houses on the street. <br />Steve Methven stated that the zoning ordinance states that when two <br />zoning districts meet that the most restrictive zoning setback must be <br />met. In this case, Single Family zoning abuts Commercial zoning, <br />therefore, Commercial zoning must meet the setback of the Single <br />Family on Maple Street. <br />Motion was made to deny the petition by Russell McCain and seconded <br />by Bobby L. Myers. Motion denied by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />7. Meeting adjourned at 6:30. <br />
