MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 79 2004 <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission met Monday, June 7, 2004, 5:30 P.M., <br />Paris Junior College, Bobby R. Walters Applied Technology Building, Room <br />1206, 2400 Clarksville Street, Paris, Texas with the following members <br />present: <br />1. <br />Reeves Hayter <br />2. <br />Barbara Forrest <br />3. <br />Bobby Myers <br />4. <br />Russell McCain <br />5. <br />Louis Yates, Jr. <br />6. <br />Marshall Kent <br />7. <br />Brad Archer <br />8. <br />Carl Lucas <br />Steve Metheven, the Building Official was also present. <br />The meeting was called to order by Reeves Hayter. <br />1. The minutes from the (April 5, 2004; May 7, 2004) meetings were <br />approved with a motion by Carl Lucas, seconded by Brad Archer. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />2. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Ronnie Aubrey for a change <br />in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family Dwelling <br />District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes on <br />Lot 21, City Block 323, being located at 2715 19t'' Street N.W. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Ronnie Aubrey, 271515t' Street N.W., stated that he would like to tear <br />down the existing home and place a new mobile home on the lot. <br />Juanita Brooks, 2725 19t'' Street N.W., asked if the requested zoning <br />would affect her property. Mr. Hayter stated that only Mr. Aubrey's <br />property would be affected by the change. <br />The was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />3. Consideration of and action on the petition of Ronnie Aubrey for a <br />change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family <br />
