MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND <br />ZONING COMMISSION <br />SEPTEMBER 7, 2004 <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission met Tuesday, September 7,2004,5:30 <br />P.M., Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate, Paris, Texas with the following <br />members present: <br />1. Benny Plata 5. Marshall Kent <br />2. Brad Archer 6. Barbara Forrest <br />3. Russell McCain 7. Carl Lucas (arrived at 5:35 p.m.) <br />4. Reeves Hayter <br />Lisa Wright, the Director of Community Development was also present. <br />1. The meeting was called to order by Reeves Hayter. <br />2. The minutes from the (August 2, 2004) meeting were approved with a <br />motion by Brad Archer, seconded by Marshall Kent. Motion carried <br />by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br />3. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Richard Hardison for a <br />change in zoning from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a <br />Multiple - Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF -1) on Lot 5, City Block <br />112 -B, being located at 521 12th Street SE. <br />Carl Lucas arrived at 5:35 p.m. <br />This item was tabled at the August 2, 2004, meeting. Motion made to <br />bring from the table by Russell McCain, seconded by Carl Lucas. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />There was no one present to speak in favor of the petition. <br />
