Motion carried by a vote of 7 <br />ayes and 0 nays. <br />7. Public Hearing to consider the petition of the Historic Preservation <br />Commission for a change in zoning to include a Historic Overlay <br />District No. 10 (HD) on Part of Lot 1, City Block 127, being located at <br />1033 Bonham Street. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Mr. Arvin Starrett, Chairman of the Historic Preservation Commission, <br />stated that this is the only remaining building of the Old Sanitarium, <br />Children's Hospital. Dr. Hayden has been in communication with Coca <br />Cola Bottling Company. He wants to use the structure for a medical <br />museum of Lamar County. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />8. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes <br />and 1 nay, Benny Plata. <br />9. Public Hearing to consider the petition of the Historic Preservation <br />Commission for a change in zoning to include a Historic Overlay <br />District No. 11 (HD) on Lot 2, City Block 79, being located at 744 3rd <br />Street NW. <br />
