Planning and Zoning Minutes <br />October 8, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br />4. Consideration of and action on the petition of Charles Park for change <br />in zoning from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Neighborhood <br />Service District (NS) With Specific Use Permit (28) Mortuary or <br />Funeral Parlor, on Lot 10, City Block 70 -A, being located at 1305 Pine <br />Bluff Street. <br />Motion was made to table the petition by Marshall Kent, seconded by <br />Russell McCain. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat on Lot 1, Block A, Paris <br />Retirement Village (City Block 308), being located at 1400 W. <br />Washington Street. <br />Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Carl Lucas, seconded by <br />Barbara Forrest, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, October <br />4, 2004. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 10, 11, and 12, <br />Block I, and Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block J, Oak Creek -Phase X. <br />There was no action taken on this item due to lack of a quorum, <br />Chairman Reeves Hayter would have had to be excused from <br />consideration of this item. <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m. <br />
