Planning and Zoning Minutes <br />January 3, 2005 <br />Page 3 <br />6. Consideration of and action on the petition of Mitizi Rader for a <br />change in zoning from an Agriculture District (A) to a One - Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) on Part of the Wesley Askins Survey <br />and Mathias Click Survey, being located south of FM 195 and west <br />of 36th Street NE. <br />Motion was made to table the petition by Carl Lucas, seconded by <br />Marshall Kent. Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />7. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Lee Woodard for a change <br />in zoning from a Neighborhood Service District (NS) to a Commercial <br />District (C) on Lot 35 -B, City Block 249, being located at 3025 <br />Clarksville Street. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Lee Woodard, 710 Hogans Bluff, spoke in favor of the petition stating <br />that he did not realize that the property is zoned Neighborhood <br />Service —he would like Commercial zoning on the property for future <br />salability. <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the petition of Lee Woodard for a <br />change in zoning from a Neighborhood Service District (NS) to a <br />Commercial District (C) on Lot 35 -B, City Block 249, being located <br />at 3025 Clarksville Street. <br />Motion was made to approve by Benny Plata, seconded by Brad <br />Archer. Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />9. Discussion of and possible action on recommending an amendment to <br />the Comprehensive Plan as it relates to that particular area located <br />
