Planning and Zoning Minutes <br />January 3, 2005 <br />Page 6 <br />Motion made to approve by Benny Plata, seconded by Bobby Myers, <br />subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, January 3, 2005, and with <br />the owner's name corrected. Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and <br />0 nays. <br />15. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 10, 11, and 12- <br />A, City Block 176, being located at 451 3rd Street SW. <br />The current zoning is Central Area (CA) and the plat should reflect <br />that. It is okay to build residential in Central Area. Reeves Hayter <br />stated that if zoning was changed to Single Family 2 then the plat <br />would have to be denied because zoning has not been requested. <br />Motion was made to approve by Carl Lucas, seconded by Bobby <br />Myers, subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated, January 3, 2005, <br />and subject to revising the plat to reflect the current zoning. Motion <br />carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m. <br />
