The bids <br />will be opened on Tuesday, December 4, 2001, and presented to the <br />City Council at its meeting on Monday, December 10, 2001. <br />V. Review and Recommendations on the Following Aviation Permit <br />Requests for 2002: <br />A. J. R. Aviation <br />1. Sale of Aviation Petroleum Products <br />2. Pilot Training <br />3. Aircraft Rental <br />4. <br />Maintenance - Airframe <br />5. <br />Maintenance Power Plant <br />B. Know Flying Service <br />1. <br />Agricultural Operations <br />C. Jimmy Smyers <br />1. <br />Maintenance - Airframe <br />2. <br />Maintenance - Power Plant <br />3. <br />Aircraft Sales <br />J. W. Ashmore moved to recommend that the City Council approve <br />the above permits subject to the applicants providing the required <br />insurance coverage. The motion was seconded by Rod Kosterman <br />and passed by unanimous vote of the Advisory Board. <br />VI. Discussion of Private Hangar Lease /Construction: <br />After much discussion, it was decided to put this item on the agenda <br />for the December meeting for possible recommendation of an <br />amendment to the Private Hangar Policy. <br />VII. Considering a recommendation to the City Council Requesting <br />Removal from the Advisory Board of Members Who Have Stopped <br />Attending Regular Meetings for Six Months or Longer: <br />Paul Golden has not attended a meeting since May, 2001. <br />
