Discussion of Self - Service Fuel System: <br />Jerry Richey reported the FBO is changing from Texaco to an AV <br />Fuel supplier. The FBO has contacted a pump supplier in Bonham <br />and is waiting for some estimated costs. This item is to be placed on <br />the agenda for the next regular meeting of the Airport Board. <br />VI. Discussion of and Consider Possible Action for Approval by the City <br />Council regarding Proposed Amendments to the Policy for Private <br />Hangars at Cox Field Airport <br />Since Mr. Clifford was not present, the board recommended that this <br />item be tabled until the next meeting. <br />VII. Discussion of and Consider Possible Action on Recommendations to <br />the City Council regarding a Request by Larry Townes for <br />Additional Land to Building a Parking Lot and New Hangar: <br />The city has contacted the Aviation Division of TxDot and <br />arrangements must be made to abandon the helipad just to the south <br />of the requested property extension. No action can be taken until this <br />issue is resolved. This item is noted, and the Advisory Board will <br />consider recommendations when required at a later date. <br />Recommend that this item be put on the March Agenda. <br />VIII. Discussion of Access Road on Northeast Part of Cox Field: <br />This item was tabled until the next meeting. <br />IX. Recommended Agenda Items for the Next Board Meeting: <br />A. Self - service fuel system <br />B. Private hangar lease agreement <br />C. Additional land to build a parking lot and new hangar <br />D. Access road on northeast part of Cox Field <br />IX.
