All eight members of the board voted to bring this <br />from the table. <br />Jerry Richey made a presentation to the board and stated that Roddy <br />McCarrell from Paris Pump quoted a price of $19,295.95 from Applied <br />Technology for a self service system that works well with AV Fuel <br />System. The question is how are we going to pay for this since this will <br />be a part of the airport when installed. Jerry Richey addressed that <br />J.R. Aviation would be willing to pay for it and suspend the payment of <br />the AV Gas Fuel Flow System to the City until it is paid off. J.W. <br />Ashmore made a motion to have the City Council consider allowing the <br />FBO to put the self service fuel system in and suspend the payment of <br />the AV gas fuel flow system until the self service system is paid off or <br />have Mr. Haynes check with TxDot Aviation regarding a grant to put <br />the self service system in. Rod Kosterman seconded the motion and it <br />passed unanimously. <br />VI. Status of TxDot Aviation Approval of a Relocation of the Helicopter <br />Landing Spot: <br />We have not received word on the status at this point. <br />VII. Status of the Recommendation to City Council of an Access Road on <br />Northeast Part of Cox Field: <br />Vic Ressler made the motion to have survey work done to establish an <br />access to the property from Silvan Road and to do nothing else except <br />update the Master Plan. The motion was seconded by Rod Kosterman <br />and passed unanimously. <br />VIII. Discussion of Proper Identification and Recognition of Airport <br />Namesake: <br />J.W. Ashmore moved to table this item until the next meeting. The <br />motion was seconded by J.B. Richey and passed unanimously. <br />IX.
