M. Obey all rules, regulations, laws, ordinances, and directives ofany legally constituted <br />authority now in force hereafter promulgated with respect to the use of Cox Field <br />Airport or the T- Hangar. <br />N. Indemnify the owner, its officers, employees, or agents from any and all claims, <br />demands, or liability as a result of the negligence of Tenant or of Tenant's officers, <br />employees or agents. <br />O. <br />owner. supplied by the Su ply a lock to secure the T -Hangar and provide either a <br />ke or combination to said lock to the Airport Manager. <br />P. Post a security and damage deposit in the amount of one month's rent ($�. <br />This deposit is refundable upon vacating the premises and inspection by the Airport <br />Manager. <br />Owner shall: <br />A. Provide access to the T- Hangars, and public taxiways, ramp and runways. <br />B. Periodically inspect the T- Hangar, and keep the T -Hangar in good repair. <br />D. Have the right to enter the T -Hangar at any time. <br />4. In the event that any sum payable hereunder by the Tenant shall not be paid within thirty (3 0) <br />days after the same becomes due, the Owner shall have the option to declare this agreement <br />null and void, to lock hangar and hold aircraft until payment is made, or take any action as <br />authorized by law.
