MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />COX FIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL <br />MEETING ROOM <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />THURSDAY, AUGUST 18, 2005 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Vic <br />Ressler, Jr. at 5:30 p.m. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Harry Michaelwicz <br />Jack Ashmore <br />Bill Boothe <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />Andrew Fasken <br />Don Morrell <br />Glen Chapman <br />C. Also present was Lisa Wright, Airport Director, Jerry Richey, Airport <br />Manager, Charles Richards, Paris News, and Jim Bell. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. No changes were made to the <br />minutes of June 23, 2005, and they were approved as submitted. <br />3. Discussion ofandpossible action on recommended revisions to the T- Hangar <br />Aircraft Storage Lease. The Board recommended the following revisions to <br />the proposed T- Hangar Lease: <br />Items 2.0. and 3.C. were revised to reflect that the tenant should purchase the <br />lock and provide the City with either a key or a combination. <br />Item 2.13. was revised to make an allowance for some non - aviation - related <br />storage so long as the primary use is storage of an airplane. <br />Item 2.E. was expanded to permit owners to perform repairs or maintenance <br />on their planes. <br />Item 2.G. was revised to permit assignment interest in the hangar with the <br />City's prior permission as long as interest is maintained, with the <br />
