MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />CITY OF PARIS — CITY HALL <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2009 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK PM <br />1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Vic Ressler at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Vic Ressler <br />Jack Ashmore <br />Bill Boothe <br />Glen Chapman <br />Billy Copeland <br />Ray Ball (arrived at 5:47 pm) <br />The following members were absent: <br />Pete Kampfer <br />B. Also present was Jeanna Scott, Administrative Assistant, Jerry Richey, Airport <br />Manager; and Edwin Pickle, City Councilman. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (May 21, 2009) <br />Motion was made by Bill Boothe, seconded by Billy Copeland to approve the minutes for <br />the May 21, 2009 meeting. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />3. Discussion of and possible action on a proposal to paint Hangar A. <br />Jerry Richey, Airport Manager presented the board with a copy of a bid from Spencer <br />Construction for painting the Hangar A row. Motion was made by Jack Ashmore, <br />seconded by Glen Chapman to forward the proposal to council for approval of funds. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />4. Discussion of and possible action on n Airport Sign. <br />Motion made by Jack Ashmore, seconded by Billy Copeland to take no further action on <br />this item. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />5. Discussion of and possible action on the fly -in. <br />Billy Copeland presented report to the board. <br />
