C. Secretary <br />Motion was made by Bill Boothe, seconded by Jack Ashmore to nominate Ray Ball. <br />Motion carried by acclamation. <br />S. Report and discussion and update regarding the Master Plan. <br />Shawn Napier, Airport Director, reported the current status of the Master Plan. <br />6 Update, discussion and possible action from subcommittee regarding their review and <br />recommend changes to the current private hangar- lease agreement. <br />Bill Boothe gave report to the Board. Mr. Boothe will come back at the October Airport <br />Advisory Meeting to go over the Mt. Pleasant lease agreement. <br />7. Report and discussion from_funding opportunities sub - committee. <br />Ray Ball will come back at the October meeting to report findings to the Airport Advisory <br />Board. <br />8. Discussion and possible action on paving of Hangar "A " taxi way. <br />Board discussed options on repairing/paving the taxi way. Shawn Napier stated he would <br />get with Ed Wayne Samis at the street department to see what options are available for <br />repairing the taxi way. <br />9. Report, from Airport Manager. <br />Jerry Richey, Airport Manager updated Board regarding repairs that have been made. Mr. <br />Richey also stated that the dip in the taxi way that was recently repaired need additional <br />attention. Shawn Napier stated they could install a grate to correct the problem. Mr. <br />Richey further reported the runway needs to be repainted. The markings are hard to see <br />from the air and some pilots have reported that it looks as if something is on the runway. <br />Shawn Napier advised Mr. Richey to call Ed Wayne Samis at the City of Paris Street <br />Department to see what type of paint can be used to fix problem until the runway is <br />resurfaced. <br />4. Report and discussion of Airport Improvements regarding KSA Engineers. <br />Bob Jutton with KSA Engineers reported to the advisory board. <br />10. Request items for future agendas. <br />Recommendation to Council to fill vacant advisory board seat. <br />
