C. Secretary Motion was made by Bill Boothe, seconded by Jack Ashmore to nominate Ray Ball. Motion carried by acclamation. S. Report and discussion and update regarding the Master Plan. Shawn Napier, Airport Director, reported the current status of the Master Plan. 6 Update, discussion and possible action from subcommittee regarding their review and recommend changes to the current private hangar- lease agreement. Bill Boothe gave report to the Board. Mr. Boothe will come back at the October Airport Advisory Meeting to go over the Mt. Pleasant lease agreement. 7. Report and discussion from_funding opportunities sub - committee. Ray Ball will come back at the October meeting to report findings to the Airport Advisory Board. 8. Discussion and possible action on paving of Hangar "A " taxi way. Board discussed options on repairing/paving the taxi way. Shawn Napier stated he would get with Ed Wayne Samis at the street department to see what options are available for repairing the taxi way. 9. Report, from Airport Manager. Jerry Richey, Airport Manager updated Board regarding repairs that have been made. Mr. Richey also stated that the dip in the taxi way that was recently repaired need additional attention. Shawn Napier stated they could install a grate to correct the problem. Mr. Richey further reported the runway needs to be repainted. The markings are hard to see from the air and some pilots have reported that it looks as if something is on the runway. Shawn Napier advised Mr. Richey to call Ed Wayne Samis at the City of Paris Street Department to see what type of paint can be used to fix problem until the runway is resurfaced. 4. Report and discussion of Airport Improvements regarding KSA Engineers. Bob Jutton with KSA Engineers reported to the advisory board. 10. Request items for future agendas. Recommendation to Council to fill vacant advisory board seat.
