Overall Summary of Vulnerability and Impacts <br />Spring and fall rains can result in a rise in the County's rivers and creeks resulting in floods that <br />vary in intensity. Severity of flooding is determined by several factors including rainfall intensity, <br />duration, and location. Flash floods are most likely to close roads and cause evacuations in <br />multiple communities.
