KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />TUESDAY, FEBUARY 28, 2017 <br />12:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />A G E N D A <br />Call meeting to order. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (February 21, 2017) <br />Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Michael Rhodes on Lot 11A, City <br />Block 257B, being located at 2531 Pine Bluff Street. Section 9 -102 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance <br />which provides that "The minimum lot area for a residential home in Single Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2 (SF -2) be 7,500 square feet." The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing lot <br />into two lots having 5824 Square Feet to 5824 Square Feet respectively. A variance for 1676 <br />Square Feet is requested for the lots. <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition of Michael Rhodes on Lot 11 A, City <br />Block 257B, being located at 2531 Pine Bluff Street. Section 9- 301(1) of the Zoning Ordinance <br />which provides that "The minimum lot depth for a residential home in Single Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2 (SF -2) be 100 feet deep." The applicant's property is 91 feet deep. The applicant is <br />asking for a 9 foot variance for the lot depth. Proposed lots would be 91 feet deep. <br />5.
