<br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (HI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br />presently designated as a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (Ll), and that the boundaries of said <br />HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (HI) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Ames and the John Herrington <br />Surveys, and being a part of the tract of land conveyed by the City of Paris, Texas <br />Industrial Foundation, Inc. by Warranty Deed dated April 6, 1959 and recorded in <br />Vol. 360, Page 320 of the Deed records of Lamar county, Paris, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point, the most northerly northeast corner of above <br />referenced tract, same being the northwest corner of a 30 acre tract conveyed by the <br />Paris Industrial Foundation, Inc. to Mansfield Tire and Rubber Co., said point being <br />in the south right-of-way line of Loop Highway 286; <br />THENCE South 680 West along said right-of-way line a distance of 995.9 <br /> <br />feet; <br /> <br />THENCE South 220 East a distance of 874.8 feet; <br />THENCE North 680 East a distance of995.9 feet to the southwest corner of <br />said 30 acre tract; <br />THENCE North 220 West a distance of874.8 feet to the place of beginning <br />and containing 20 acres of land. <br />As shown by actual survey made by C. 1. Walker, Registered Professional <br />Engineer, October 7,1961 <br />SAVE, EXCEPT, AND LESS 0.686 acre ofland previously conveyed away <br />in Deed from Union Metal Manufacturing Company to State ofT exas, dated January <br />31, 1974, recorded in Vol. 565, Page 308, Lamar county Deed Records. <br />Also known as Lot 11, City Block 355, 2615 NW Loop 286. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />ofa Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum notto exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective October I, 2005. <br />
