From 45 minutes before school opens until classes begin; from the beginning to the end of the lunch period, if needed; and for a 30 minute period beginning at the close of school; Thence southerly direction a distance of approximately 0.486 miles, a speed limit of 40 (forty) miles per hour at all times; thence in a southerly direction a distance of approximately 0.614 miles, a speed limitof30 (thirty) miles per hour at all times except that a school speed limit of twenty (20) miles per hour will be effective on school days only at the school crossing zone, from approximate highway milepoint 22.014 to milepoint 22.304 only during the following hours: From 45 minutes before school opens until classes begin; from the beginning to the end of the lunch period, if needed; and for a 30 minutes period beginning at the close of school; to the intersection of Business US 82-H and Bonham Street, as evidenced by the attached plan hereby approved and made a part hereof as Exhibit A. Section 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in force in the City of Paris, Texas, which conflict with the terms and provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict with this ordinance, but all other portions of said ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 6. That this ordinance shall be effective from and after its date of passage and publication as required by law. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of Augu A
