ORDINANCE NO. 2005-028 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FORA COMBINED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (pDa.l) AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED FOR LOTS 9, 9-A, 10, 11, 12, AND 13, CITY BLOCK 259, BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 94-016, ADOPTED APRIL 11, 1994, SAID SITE PLAN BEING FOR A PORTION OF LOT 13,THE SAME BEING LOT 13-C, CITY BLOCK 259; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES ORP ARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted Ordinance No. 94-016, adopted April 11 , 1994, establishing a Combined Planned Development - Commercial District (Pd-a.l) and Planned Development - Housing district (PD-b) on Lot 13, City Block 259, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for a portion of said Planned Development District, the same being Lot 13-C, City Block 259 as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 13-C, City Block 259, located on North Collegiate Drive, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby, approved. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on August 1,2005. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2005.
