<br />b. Total daily water demand equals or exceeds thirty-two (32) <br />million gallons for fourteen (14) consecutive days or thirty-six <br />(36) million gallons for 6 consecutive days; or <br /> <br />c. Continually falling treated water reservoir levels which do not <br />refill above seventy percent (70%) overnight. <br /> <br />(2) Requirements for termination - Stage 2 of the Plan may be rescinded <br />when all of the conditions listed as triggering events have ceased to <br />exist for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days. Upon termination <br />of Stage 2, Stage 1 becomes operative. The City of Paris will notify <br />its wholesale customers and the media of the termination of Stage 2 in <br />the same manner as the notification of initiation of Stage 2 of the Plan. <br /> <br />(d) Stage 3 - Severe Water Shortage Conditions <br /> <br />(1) Requirements for initiation - The City of Paris will recognize that a <br />severe water shortage condition exists when: <br /> <br />a. The water supply available to the City of Paris is equal to or less <br />than sixty percent (60%) of the conservation pool at Pat Mayse <br />Lake; or <br /> <br />b. Total daily water demand equals or exceeds thirty-four (34) <br />million gallons for twenty-one consecutive days or thirty-six (36) <br />million gallons for nine (9) consecutive days; or <br /> <br />c. Continually falling treated water reservoir levels which do no <br />refill above sixty percent (60%) overnight. <br /> <br />(2) Requirements for termination - Stage 3 of the Plan may be rescinded <br />when all of the conditions listed as triggering events have ceased to <br />exist for a period of twenty-one (21) consecutive days. Upon <br />termination of Stage 3, Stage 2 becomes operative.
