Motion was made by Jerry Haning, seconded by Marilyn Smith to approve the variance <br />request for item 4A. Vote was 3 -1, in favor with Louise Hagood in opposition. Motion <br />failed due to Zoning Ordinance Section 16 -300 Actions of the Board Item b. that states <br />"The concurring vote of four (4) members of the board shall be necessary to revise any <br />order, requirement, decision or determination of any such administrative official, or to <br />decide in favor of the applicant on any matter upon which it is required to pass under this <br />ordinance or to affect any variance in said ordinance. <br />Motion was made by Marilyn Smith, seconded by Jerry Haning to approve the variance <br />request for item 4B.
