Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Pamela Harris for a change in zoning from Central Area District (CA) to a Central Area District (CA) with a Specific Use Permit (50- New or Used Car Lot), on City Block 178, Lot Part of 10 & 11, being located at 443 S.W. 1St Street. (This item shall be removed from being tabled at the March 3, 2017, regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission.) 4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Dale Freeman on behalf of Abraham Enns for a change in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Light Industrial District (LI), on City Block 324, Lot 19, being located at 2925 FM 79. 5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Robert Giberson for a change in zoning from a Light Industrial District (LI) to a Commercial District (C), on City Block 86, Lot 7, being located at 741 N.W. 9th Street. 6. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris, Texas, to update Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Texas, to include the definition of "automobile detailing shop" and allow said use to be permitted in the Commercial (C) and the Light Industrial (LI) Zoning Districts, within said Zoning Ordinance No. 1710. 7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 & 34, Block A, Stone Ridge Phase 8, located in the 4600 Block of Boulder Lane.
