Conduct a public hearing, discuss and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of <br />Pamela Harris for change in zoning from Central Area District (CA) to a Central Area <br />District (CA) with a Specific Use Permit (50 -New or Used Car Lot), on City Block 178, <br />Lot Part of 10 & 11, located at 443 S.W. 1St Street. <br />11. Conduct a public hearing, discuss and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of <br />Dale Freeman on behalf of Abraham Enns for a change in zoning from a Commercial <br />District (C) to a Light Industrial District (LI), on City Block 324, Lot 19, located at 2925 <br />FM 79. <br />12. Conduct a public hearing, discuss and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of <br />Robert Giberson for a change in zoning from a Light Industrial District (LI) to a <br />Commercial District (C), on City Block 86, located at 741 N.W. 9th Street. <br />13. Conduct a public hearing, discuss and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of the <br />City of Paris, Texas, to update Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Texas, to <br />include the definition of "automobile detailing shop" and allow said use to be permitted <br />in the Commercial (C) and the Light Industrial (LI) Zoning Districts, within said Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1710 <br />14. Discuss and provide direction to staff regarding a mailer to be sent to voters regarding the <br />upcoming bond election. <br />15. Receive an update presentation from Holland Harper regarding the Sulphur River <br />Regional Mobility Authority (SuRRMA). <br />16. Receive presentation from Gail Chira regarding a proposal to organize local volunteers to <br />help improve local living conditions. <br />17. Reconsider, discuss and take action to rescind placement of two security cameras at 2nd <br />and Bonham Streets. <br />18. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004 -081. <br />19.
