Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2017 -019: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING A PROCLAMATION DECLARING <br />THE MONTH OF APRIL AS FAIR HOUSING MONTH; MAKING OTHER <br />FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />
