PEDC Board Meeting Minutes <br />February 21, 2017 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />• The 271 Resolution was completed by all entities; the Chamber, the County, the City and the <br />PEDC. <br />• The PEDC office will have new phones installed on Wednesday. <br />• Benefits through the Texas Municipal League will start March ls` <br />Convene into Executive Session: <br />Mr. Paris stated that Board did not have anything for Executive Session at this time. <br />Discuss Future Agenda Items. <br />Mr. Paris indicated that we would have information from Mr. Paramanantham with TxDot concerning a <br />Loop 286 study on the next agenda. Also, the request from SuRRMA for $2000 a year to build a reserve <br />fund will be a future agenda item. <br />Adjourn <br />Mr. Banks made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Hughes seconded the motion. Vote was 5 -ayes to 0 -nays.
