Chad Lindsey, seconded by John Lee to approve the preliminary plat. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />S. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris /Lamar <br />County Habitat Addition 51, located at 934 Dickson Avenue. <br />Carla Easton reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Mike Folmar, seconded by Barney Bray to approve the final plat. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />6 Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Paris /Lamar County <br />Habitat Addition 51, located at 934 Dickson Avenue. <br />Carla Easton reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by John Lee, <br />seconded by Barney Bray to approve the final plat.. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />Discussion regarding the establishment of a recommended definition for an industrial — <br />oriented distillery and a recommendation for proposed locations of said distilleries in <br />zoning districts within the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance. <br />Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager presented to the commission the definition for an <br />industrial oriented distillery and proposed locations of said distilleries in zoning districts <br />within the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance. The planning and zoning commission discussed <br />the information that was provided for industrial oriented distilleries. Motion was made by <br />Holland Harper, seconded by Chad Lindsey to approve the definition of industrial oriented <br />distilleries and to allow them in the following zoning districts Heavy Industrial (HI) and <br />Light Industrial (LI) and with specific use permit in Commercial (C), General Retail (GR) <br />and if fewer than 6000 gallons are produced per year. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />8. Discussion regarding the proposed update of requirements related to mobile homes and <br />manufactured housing within the City of Paris, including Chapter 22 in the Code of <br />Ordinances and the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance. <br />Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager presented to the commission the proposed update of <br />requirements related to mobile homes and manufactured housing within the City of Paris. <br />The planning and zoning commission discussed the proposed updates to the Code of <br />Ordinances regarding mobile homes and manufactured housing. Motion was made by <br />Holland Harper, seconded by John Lee to approve the proposed updates. Motion carried <br />7 -0. <br />9.
