Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (April 3, 2017) 3. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Michael Rick for a change in zoning from a Commercial (C) District to a Light Industrial (LI) District, being located at 300 N.E. Loop 286. 4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Scott Baxley for a change in zoning from an Agricultural (A) District to a Commercial (C) District with a Specific Use Permit (No. 52— Self — storage /mini warehouses), on A 511 J King Survey, Tract 2A, being located at 3117 FM 1497. 5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris, Texas to amend Section 28, "Regulation of Wireless Telecommunications Towers and Facilities," of Zoning Ordinance 1710 of the City of Paris, Texas to allow for the collocation of attached wireless communications facilities on water towers in any zoning district in the city. 6. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris, Texas to provide that in addition to being permitted in the Commercial (C) and Light Industrial (LI) districts, "Automobile Detailing Shop" use shall be allowed in the Central Area (CA) Zoning District through the Specific Use Permit process. 7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Giberson Family Farms Addition CB 86, located at 741 N.W. 9h Street. 8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat Lot 1, Block A, Giberson Family Farms Addition CB 86, located at 741 N.W. 9' Street. 9.
