Love Civic Center <br />Governing Board Minutes <br />Love Civic Center <br />Thursday, December 17, 2015 <br />Present: Bobby Walters, Kern Wright, Randy Nation, Chadlee Johnston, Linda Kapp, Curtis Fendley, <br />Robert High, Josh Bray, Stephen Gerrald, Casey Ressler, Steve Keywood, Jon Landers, Edwin Pickle, <br />Kenneth Webb, and Troy Scholl. <br />Staff: Ken Higdon, Becky Semple, Gina Crawford <br />Curtis Fendley called meeting to order at 4:00 pm. <br />Stephen Gerrald reported that the rate committee had met and changes were made. The new rate <br />sheet will be included in the minutes. A motion to approve rate change was made by Jon Landers, <br />seconded by Steve Keywood, with a small discussion from Robert High, all approved. <br />Randy Nation gave a bid for roof repair from Smallwood and Archer. A motion to approve roof repair <br />with double crimp of $22,000, was made by Ken Higdon, seconded by Casey Ressler, all approved. <br />Curtis Fendley reported that they are going to have Chaney draft a plan for the pad at east and RV spots <br />and sewer line, electricity and lighting. The bid is still forth coming. <br />Ken Higdon stated that he received a phone system bid to accommodate both Love Civic Center and <br />Chamber offices. It is a VOI system. A motion to approve was made by Jon Landers and seconded by <br />Kenneth Webb, for the LCC to spend up to $2200, all approved. <br />With nothing further, meeting was adjourned at 4:42 pm. <br />
