The Senior Detective will be subject to such orders as the <br />Chief of Police or his designee may prescribe, not inconsistent with the laws on the State of <br />Texas or the mandates of the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention Authority grant.The Senior <br />Detective shall devote 100% of his time to official duties, unless granted leave by the Chief of <br />Police or his designee. <br />The Senior Detective's responsibilities shall be: <br />1) Supervise the Task Force in all of its operations. 2) Keep the proper records and be <br />responsible for the maintenance of all reports to the State of Texas and the Chief of Police. 3) <br />Work with every responsible, legitimate group or agency in a cooperative effort to prevent motor <br />
