The property is currently zoned Commercial, and the owner is proposing to construct <br />single family dwelling with a home occupation for office on 8.429 Acres. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property, which was approved <br />by the Planning & Zoning Commission on May 3, 2017. Water and sewer infrastructure is <br />available to the site, and it appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision <br />regulations, subject to the following revisions. <br />1. Revise the zoning to reflect recent change to Commercial (C) <br />2. Provide the minimum finished floor elevations of proposed buildings <br />3. Provide a 10' utility easement along frontage of Campbell, 91h NW, and Shiloh Streets <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat with noted revisions. <br />
