3.2 Strategy 2: Conduct Law Enforcement Training Activities to Educate Officers on <br />Recognition and Apprehension of Stolen Vehicles and Property <br />3.2.1.1 Conduct law enforcement training Number of classes 2 <br />(TCOLE) <br />3.2.1.2 Conduct law enforcement training Number of participants 30 <br />(TCOLE) <br />Grant Evaluation <br />4.1 Describe the method and practice of evaluating the program activities. Including <br />management and staff participation and systems (forms and software) used to ensure reliable <br />and accurate data is collected and reported. <br />The grant will be evaluated based on the goals and objectives the program completes or fails <br />to complete. The program should be evaluated for improvements or changes by the Captain <br />of the criminal investigation division at the end of the grant year. All reports completed are <br />submitted to a Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigative Division. This includes monthly <br />progress reports and overtime report. At the time ABTPA changes to quarterly reporting then <br />at that time the progress reports will be submitted quarterly to the Lieutenant for review. <br />Currently the PARIS POLICE DEPARTMENT use Computer Information Services out of <br />Skokie, IL that provide the RMS (RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) and CAD <br />(COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH). Information about those services are as follows: <br />The CIS Records Management System (RMS) automates the records management functions <br />of an agency.
